this blog is speacially for my friends who helped me alot alot..
i wanted to say that.. 2 weeks ago.. mr ho thiam aik suggested that we, the food tech students should set up a stall during the food and fun fair.. hermz.. i agreed to it and dragged my sleepy sister in.. we decided to set up a cheese stall selling cheese ice cream and cheese ice cream.. well, then tzehao, qinzhen and eugene promised to help me in the stall..
abt 5 days ago, there is a problem due to fiancial problem, mr lim swee ling offered to help us and mr samuel aw help us find containers for the food items. plus with the help of ms jasmine leong who got the cheese sponsor for us and mrs ser whu help us get the bread and also promised us to open the lab at 730 in the morning for us to prepare our food.. well... its a great effort of them and i really appreciate it..
on thurs, the sister managed to get help from shuling, shiok peng, rebecca, gillian, qili, kia chuan to help out in the making of ice cream.. shuting, me and tzehao also offered our help at the workshop. due to some problems encountered, we spent 5 hours making the ice cream and made abt 65 cups.. they pon a few lessons to make and every one ish shag.. i know.. i can see.. really thanz..
on friday, one day before the funfair.. i got all ingredients ready and do a trial for the cheese curry.. it was consider a complete failure as both sets of curry cannot make it.. however, thanz qinzhen, yenwei, tzehao, shuting, kianchuan and junxiang for the supports..
after a BIA quiz at 7pm, we went to take a look at our stall for the funfair.. then we left for dinner.. thanz chia hui for helping us getting the dry ice.. however, due to my shaggness and stress, i quarrel with someone at the mrt station in clementi.. i must apologise to my dear friends, tzehao, shuting,yenwei,qinzhen,junxiang, mavis,yongsiang and chiahui for the trouble i created and thanz for concerning me.. hermz..
well, the most stressful event ish tml.. hopefully, everything will be a success.. although i'm so stressed up already, i hope tml i wun collaspe.. think no one can know me betta then those group of ppl.. lets rox..
